Birthdays

Quite a few birthdays around here this time of year!

My Daughter Jenny is first in this post. Her main present was a new camera, so I thought a camera shaped card might go down well.
Created from an online image and decoupaged for dimension with hand made flowers.

Next was Granny. As spring has sprung and she has been poorly lately I decided to bring spring indoors for her.
Digistamps from Digistamp Boutique, coloured with spectrum noir pens.

My Son and I share a Birthday. Twenty years ago he was my Birthday Pressie, where has that time gone!

Our birthday was last week, so it is safe to share the cards I made for him now. He is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Lifeguard.....hence my inspiration...

I found the lifeguard image in a set online from The Paper Shelter. All the other images were from free online search items. The card itself was cut using my Grand Calibur and the Tattered Lace Shutter Card Die. By far the easiest way to make one of this shape.

My Daughter and her partner bought Dan a Survival day experience, and she wanted a card that would fit in with that theme. I opted for this...

I created a cut file for this using my Cameo from an image I found online. It is paper pieced (31 pieces to colour and jig saw together).
