The theme this week is Recycled Romance....the idea being that you produce a romantic card, but using some materials that are not only recycled, but that you would not usually use in your crafting. Quite a tricky theme...until I got into it..then the ideas came. This is the result-
I have used a square card blank in tent style. I inked the edges with a making memories chalk pad in green. I added a matt of corrugated card that came to be in a package the other day, also inked around the edges. The yellow striped paper is from K&Co, a Tim Coffey Design ( Daffodil Pad). Over the top of that I have added a cellophane overlay cut from the wrapping from a bouquet of flowers. The string came from my bits and bobs drawer in the kitchen and I added a flower and button.
